My weekend was great. The highlight of my weekend was watching a midnight movie, My bloody valentine 3D. Pickaxes, eyeballs, a tree through a windshield, an old guy getting his face smashed directly into a pickaxe, another old guy getting his face ripped off with a pickaxe, explosions, bad twists, gratuitous sex and violence; all of it directly in my face. Like me, if you like a bloody laugh and you relish the idea of body parts hurtling at you threatening to shower your popcorn with blood, then this might be the film for you. It had me ducking a stray bit of jawbone and occasionally moving my head aside to accommodate one or two sharp blades! But, this film is likely worthless in 2D, so if you're thinking about watching it without the 3D effect, don't waste your time.
